CEO and Co-Founder, Tamara Crawford, started from humble beginnings and has grown her dream into a successful practice. Tamara, and her husband Scott, now work with a team of two incredible accountants to meet the needs of their clients. Tamara Crawford, CPA

CEO & Co-Founder

Having over 25 years of professional experience, Tamara specializes in small business strategies and individual tax preparation and planning. She brings expertise in outsourced CFO and Controller management helping clients make informed financial decisions.

Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Oregon Institute of Technology.

Outside the office, Tamara is an avid backpacker, hiker, skier and reader.

Scott Crawford

COO & Co-Founder

Operations and Accounting professional with 10 years of experience specializing in tax preparation, payroll and bookkeeping. Scott plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations of the Firm.

He holds a B.S. in Business from Florida State University.

During his free time, he enjoys much of what Central Oregon has to offer from backpacking, camping, skiing and traveling.

Laurie Newson

Payroll & Accounting Specialist

Accounting professional with over 25 years of experience Laurie has strong expertise in payroll compliance and processing. Laurie serves as the Firms payroll expert with trusted experience managing multi-state payroll.

She holds an A.A. in Accounting from Central Oregon Community College.

Laurie enjoys listening to live music, kayaking, and hiking. She also enjoys spending time with her two dogs Emmet and Hazel.

Kathryn Tatham

General Ledger Accountant

Having 40+ years of experience, Kathryn specializes in monthly and year-end accounting, bookkeeping and accounts payable.

She currently manages the majority of our Firms bookkeeping clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

She holds a B.S. in Business from Oregon State University.

Outside of work she enjoys golfing, hiking, and traveling with her family.
